POSITION SUMMARY: This person will support operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. The officer manager will manage the flow of information within the school and will be responsible for maintaining a variety of schools records. To be effective, the office manager

must be organized and efficient, familiar with all necessary office equipment, promoting process improvement, inventory control, and delegation.

Equally important is the role of the office manager as representative of the school. He or she must be flexible, personable, and able to communicate the school’s mission and vision, and possess the same core values that are part of Confluence Academy. The office manager also serves as the administrative assistant for the principal’s office.
